Sometimesmaybe customers complaint why 940 yellow cartridge not work. Now one solution is supplied.

From the pictures you could see 940 printheadconnect a long pipe in the printer. Sometimes maybe the 

pipe is too dirt and blocked, so affect the printing, please follow following way to solve this. 

1. The slot, which hp940 cartridges connect with. 

2. You could see the long pipe, which connect both ends: printhead and slot.Red circle is hp940 printhead.

because of the long pipe and yellow ink nature, so maybe sometimes the pipe inside blocked.then you 

couldn't print yellow color. now what you need to do is cleaning theinside with pure water. 

3. Please see below, please use tool to take the yellow pipe out (slot side). The red circle.

4. after taking the yellow pipe out, like the picture (red circle), please put pure waterfrom the HP940 printhead 

side, until the water flow out fluently, then cleaning finish.  

5. put the pipe back. Now you could print again to see the result.
