You maybe meet following trouble as using remanufactured Canon ink cartridges: 

1. It show " low ink" or " empty" (Pic 1)

2. Indicator keep flashing on the printer

3. Couldn't receive fax.

Now our new tech solved these problem, after resetting chip:

1. It show " full"  (Pic 2)

2. Fax works normally
