Yes. Please tell us the model No. and quantity of the cartridges. We will offer prices by e-mail. Price list willbe updated monthly.

What type of shipment will you use?

It’s up to you. Express delivery door to door. By air to your nearest airport. or by sea to your seaport. Anyone you want. Cost reference will be supplied.

What terms of payment do you use?

We accept TT (Telegraphic Transfer). Western Union. And Paypal (for sample order)

What is your minimum order qty (MOQ)?

No MOQ for sample order. (quantity can be available upon your request.)

What is the defect rate of your cartridges? How long is your warranty?

Different models. The rate is little different. The average defective rate black is 1-2%. Color ink cartridge About 2-3% warranty two years

What is your company’s compensation policy?

We assure the compensation for buyers’ loss which caused by quality problem. For defective product of small quantity. Usually we will replace them in the nest order after confirming the problem. For those of large quantity. we will reclaim and replace them after checking.

Can we place order by OEM style to produce our own brand products in China?

Sample Policy :

To help new customers know more information about the quality of Yousheng cartridges, samples can be sent as required.

According to different products & situation, Yousheng can offer free samples, paid samples or reimburse the buyer once an order is confirmed.

Shipping cost by DHL/TNT...could be supplied for reference if needed. All costs, including merchandise, taxes and shipping, will be paid by the customers.

Samples, the most common and efficient way for you knowing our cartridges. For promoting future cooperation and mutual benefit business relationship, we will try our best to fulfill your requirement.

Warranty Policy

Attestation of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2008 make sure that whole management of Yousheng is in firm and scientific control under international standard, which ensures to provide premium grade cartridges to our customers.

All the cartridges are 100% tested in the process of production & have quality tracking number.

We further warrant that under normal use and operation, the cartridges will not cause any damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any printers. Any claim that the use of this remanufactured cartridge has resulted in printer damage must be verified with reliable evidence that the cartridge is the direct cause.

Please be aware remanufactured cartridges have used chip. Due to changes in printer programming some cartridges the ink levels might appear to be low or empty. That not mean cartridge has problem. Press the “ OK” button in order for your printer to accept them. It is indeed full and will print a full yield.
